In addition to managing meta data and re-activating the Quickstart Wizard, the Webmaster Menu is intended to allow experienced webmasters to control the level of access granted to other administrative users. Less advanced users, however, may still wish to access the Webmaster Menu so that they can change their login information via the "Change Admin Username and Password" form on the left of the Webmaster Menu.
